Radius of a Bend: Use the largest bend radius of a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value, and add 10% of the space as a margin for safe and efficient operation.

Reserve at least 15% of the space as a margin to allow internally laid cables and oil pipes to move freely. This prevents stress on the drag chains in the radial direction, ensuring longevity and efficiency.

Construction of the Cable Chain

Chains of the same series share identical inner height, outer height, and pitch. However, the inner width and bend radius (R) can be customized according to specific requirements.
Each unit chain joint consists of a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. These joints can be easily opened for seamless assembly and dismantling without threading hassles. After opening the cover plate, cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes can be effortlessly inserted into the drag chain.
