Inner Width: Sum up the diameters of the thickest cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Add at least 10% extra space for flexibility and to determine the inner width accurately.
Bend Radius: Consider the largest bend radius among the cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Add a 10% margin to ensure smooth and strain-free operation.
Instruction principles for internally laid cable, oil pipe, water pipe, or gas pipe
Reserve 15% of the space to ensure that internally laid cables and oil pipes can move freely, avoiding stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.
Cables with significantly different diameters should be laid separately to balance weight distribution. Use spacers if needed to prevent contact and provide organized separation.
For high-speed or high-frequency operations, lay cables horizontally without overlap. If numerous cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are installed together, it is advisable to use spacers to maintain separation and organization.
