1) Step-by-Step Filtering Theory: The initial stage captures particles larger than or equal to 20um, followed by subsequent stages for enhanced filtration.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Integrated Signal Alerts: Our system notifies you via a red ball indicator for normal operation or when filter replacement is necessary. The red ball floats to the top during operation and sinks to the bottom when off. If the catching ability dips below 70%, the red ball descends, indicating it's time to clean or replace the filter cotton.
3) Effortless Installation: Our machines can be directly mounted on any machine tool or bracket, ensuring easy setup and maintenance.
