Product Description:

Introducing the flat bed paper coolant filter system by Hebei Ruiao Machine Tool Accessories Producing Co., Ltd. This innovative filter utilizes nonwoven fabric to effectively remove both magnetic and nonmagnetic particles from neat oil and emulsion in grinding machines. The filtration degree can be customized by selecting fabric options ranging from 10 to 50 microns, ensuring top-tier filtration performance. Available in 12 sizes, this coolant filter system offers a flowrate capacity from 50 to 400 l/min of emulsion and from 25 to 200 l/min of neat oil.

Working Principles

• The dirty coolant falls into the distribution trough (A) and from here onto the filter fabric (B) which retains solid pollutant particles (dust and swarfs) while the filtered oil passes through it.
• The fabric collects progressively the pollutant until losing its filtering capacity. At this stage, the liquid collects on the trough and lifts the float (C) to start an automatic system, advancing the collection tray to change the exhausted fabric with the new one.
• Exhausted fabric (D) is collected in a dedicated tank. The clean liquid is collected in the tank below (E) to be pumped back to the machine tool.

Available in Stainless Steel Version

RUIAO is also available in a stainless steel version, suitable for filtering water, salty or corrosive liquids used in the mechanical machining sector or in the pharmaceutical and food industry.
