Construction of the Cable Chain
The chain's design resembles a tank's crawler, consisting of multiple joints that can freely rotate to allow for flexible movement.
Chains of the same series share the same inner and outer heights and pitch, but the inner width and bend radius (R) can be customized according to specific requirements.
Each unit chain joint comprises a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. These joints can be easily opened for straightforward assembly and dismantling without the need for threading. Cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes can be efficiently placed inside the drag chain after opening the cover plate.
Spacers are available to divide the internal space of the chain into specified segments, ensuring organized placement and preventing tangling.
