Principle for Selecting Cable ChainInner Height: Determine the inner height (HI) by considering the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height. Add at least 10% of the space height for proper clearance. If overlapping, calculate the total overlapped height as the actual height.
Inner Width: Sum the outer diameters of the thickest cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes to determine the reference inner width. Ensure to leave at least 10% of the space as a margin for optimal functionality.
Radius of a Bend: Take the largest bending radius of any cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference value. Ensure a 10% margin for guaranteed flexibility.

Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to allow for free movement of internally laid cables and oil pipes, preventing stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.
Cables with significant diameter differences should be laid separately to ensure balanced weight distribution. Utilize spacers as needed to maintain separation and avoid tangling.
For operations involving high speed or high frequency, horizontally laid cables should be arranged in a partitioned manner to prevent overlapping. If numerous cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, the use of spacers is recommended.
Construction of the Cable Chain
The chain's design resembles a tank's crawler, consisting of multiple joints that can freely rotate to allow for flexible movement.
Chains of the same series share the same inner and outer heights and pitch, but the inner width and bend radius (R) can be customized according to specific requirements.
Each unit chain joint comprises a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. These joints can be easily opened for straightforward assembly and dismantling without the need for threading. Cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes can be efficiently placed inside the drag chain after opening the cover plate.
Spacers are available to divide the internal space of the chain into specified segments, ensuring organized placement and preventing tangling.
