Product Description

Principle for Selecting Cable ChainInner Height: Determine the inner height by taking the thickest segment of the internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe. Add at least 10% of the space height to this reference height. If overlapping occurs, consider the overlapped height as the actual height.
Inner Width: Determine the inner width by summing the outside diameter of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Add at least 10% of the space as a margin to this measurement.
Radius of a Bend: Use the largest bend radius of a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value, and add 10% of the space as a margin.

Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cable, Oil Pipe, Water Pipe or Gas Pipe
Ensure that 15% of the space is reserved as a margin, allowing the internally laid cables and oil pipes to move freely. This prevents any stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius.
Cables with significantly different diameters should be laid separately, and the weight should be balanced evenly. Use spacers if necessary to separate them.
For high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally laid cables should be separated and not overlapped. If there are too many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes laid together, the use of spacers is recommended.
