When selecting a cable chain, consider the following principles:

• Inner Height: Take the height of the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height, adding at least 10% of the space height as the inner height.


• Inner Width: Sum up the outside diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as the reference for inner width, leaving a 10% space margin.


• Bend Radius: Use the largest bend radius of a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value, with a 10% space margin.

For internally laid cables, oil pipes, water pipes, or gas pipes, reserve 15% of the space as a margin to allow free movement without stressing the drag chains.

Construction of the cable chain resembles a tank crawler, with joints that can freely rotate. Each chain joint consists of left-right chain plates and up-down covers for easy assembly and disassembly.

Spacers are available to divide the space inside the chain as needed.

Ensure proper cable, oil pipe, and gas pipe layout to maintain balance and prevent stress on the drag chains, especially during high-speed or high-frequency operations.
