They are ideal for dynamic applications between fixed and moving portions of the machine. Cable carriers reduce wear on cables and tubes, prevent cable entanglement, and improve machine operation and appearance.

When selecting a cable chain, consider the following principles:

• Inner Height: Take the height of the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height, adding at least 10% of the space height as the inner height HI.


• Inner Width: Sum the outside diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as the reference for inner width, leaving a 10% space margin.


• Bend Radius: Use the largest radius of a bend of a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value, leaving a 10% space margin.

For internally laid cables, oil pipes, water pipes, or gas pipes, reserve 15% of the space as a margin to allow for free movement without stressing the drag chains. Different diameter cables should be laid separately and balanced evenly.

Construction of the cable chain resembles a tank's crawler, with joints that can freely turn. Each unit chain joint consists of left-right chain plates and up-down covers, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly without threading. Spacers are available to divide the space inside the chain as needed.

Ensure horizontally laid cables are not overlapped, especially in high-speed or high-frequency operations. Use spacers when laying multiple cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes together.
