1. Step-by-step filtering theory: The first step catches particles sized equal to or greater than 20um, the second step catches particles sized equal to or less than 2um, and the third step catches particles sized equal to or less than 1-0.1um. You can choose from a range of highly efficient filters to effectively capture the mist produced during processing.


2. Filter replacement indicator: Our product features a signal that indicates whether the filter cotton needs to be changed. When the oil mist collection filter is working, a red ball will float upward to the top. Conversely, when the filter is off, the red ball will sink to the bottom. After the machine works for a while, the filter cotton will start catching oil mist. When the catching ability drops below 70%, the red ball will sink to the bottom, indicating that it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
