1) Utilizing a step-by-step filtering process: the first stage captures particles >=20um; the second stage handles finer particles, ensuring thorough filtration.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a smart signal system: A red ball indicator rises to the top during operation and sinks when off. When the catching ability drops below 70%, the red ball sinks, indicating it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) User-friendly installation: Our oil mist collectors can be easily mounted on machine tools or brackets, allowing for quick and effortless setup.
