Optimal Principles for Selecting Cable ChainsDetermining Inner Height: Consider the thickest piece of any internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe. Add at least 10% of the space height as a buffer to determine the inner height HI. If cables or pipes overlap, use the combined height as the actual height.
Determining Inner Width: Sum the external diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Add at least 10% of the space width as a buffer. This sum will be used as the reference for the inner width.
Determining Bend Radius:

Guidelines for Internally Laying Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes
Maintain a 15% space margin to allow cables and oil pipes to move freely without stress on the drag chains in the radius direction.
Separate cables with significantly different diameters to balance the weight evenly. Use spacers if necessary to prevent contact.
For high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally lay cables separately without overlap. If there are many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes, use spacers to maintain order.
Innovative Construction of the Cable Chain
The chain resembles a tank crawler, consisting of multiple joints that can turn freely.
Chains in the same series share identical inner and outer heights and pitches, but vary in inner width and bend radius (R) according to specifications.
Each unit chain joint includes a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. These joints can be easily opened for hassle-free assembly and disassembly, allowing cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes to be inserted after opening the cover plate.
Spacers can be used to divide the internal space of the chain into sections as required.
