1) Step-by-Step Filtering Theory: The first stage captures particles ≥20um, followed by subsequent stages for enhanced filtration, ensuring exceptionally clean output.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Integrated Signal Alerts: Featuring a red ball indicator system that alerts you about filter status. The red ball floats at the top during normal operation and sinks when the system is off. If the capturing efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball sinks, signaling the need to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy Installation: Designed for hassle-free setup, our machines can be directly mounted on any machine tool or bracket, ensuring seamless integration and maintenance.
