Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes:
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to ensure that internally laid cables and oil pipes can move freely, preventing stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.
Cables with significantly different diameters should be laid separately to balance the weight evenly. Use spacers if necessary to keep them separated.
For high-speed or high-frequency operations, lay horizontally positioned cables separately to avoid overlapping. Use spacers if laying multiple cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes together is unavoidable.
Construction of the Cable Chain
The chain resembles the crawler of a tank, consisting of multiple joints that can turn freely.
Chains of the same series have identical inner and outer heights as well as the same pitch. However, the inner width and bend radius (R) can be customized according to different specifications.
Each unit chain joint consists of a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover, which can be opened to facilitate assembly and dismantling without threading. Cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes can be easily placed into the drag chain after opening the cover plate.
Spacers are available for dividing the space inside the chain into sections according to requirements.
