1) Utilizing a sophisticated step-by-step filtering theory: the initial stage captures particles >=20um; the subsequent stage captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with an intelligent signal system to indicate normal operation or the need for filter replacement. The red ball will rise to the top when the oil mist collection filter is active; it will sink when inactive. The filter cotton captures oil mist over time, and when its efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball will sink, signaling the need for filter cotton maintenance or replacement.
3) Designed for effortless installation, all units can be directly mounted on the machine tool or bracket, featuring user-friendly setup and maintenance.
4) Achieves an extraordinary catching efficiency of 99% or more.
