Main Features

1) Based on the advanced step-by-step filtering theory: the first step catches particles >=20um; the second step efficiently captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Features a signal indicator for operational status and filter cotton replacement. When the oil mist collection filter is working, a red ball will float up to the top. When the machine is off or the catching ability falls below 70%, the red ball will sink to the bottom, signaling that it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Effortless installation: All machines can be directly mounted on the machine tool with an easy-to-use bracket, ensuring straightforward setup and maintenance.
4) Remarkable catching efficiency, reaching 99% or more.
