• Based on the theory of step-by-step filtering: the first step catches particles >=20um; second step catches particles <=2um; third step catches particles <=1-0.1um. Highly efficient filters are available for catching mist produced during processing.


• Signal to warn of normal working or when the filter cotton needs to be changed. The red ball floats upward when the oil mist collection filter is working and sinks to the bottom when it is off. When the catching ability is lower than 70%, indicating it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.


• Easy to install directly on the machine tool bracket with easy tear-down.
