Selecting the Perfect Cable Chain: Key Principles
Inner Height Measurement: To accurately determine the inner height (HI), start with the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe. Then, add at least 10% of the total height as a space margin to allow for optimal performance. When overlapping is required, the combined height should be considered as the actual height.
Inner Width Measurement: Calculate the inner width by summing the outer diameters of the thickest cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. It is essential to leave at least 10% of the total width as a space margin to ensure efficient operation.
Bend Radius Considerations: Use the largest bend radius of any cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as your reference. Include an additional 10% space margin to ensure safety and flexibility.

Guidelines for Internally Laid Cable, Oil Pipe, Water Pipe, or Gas Pipe
Reserve a 15% space margin to allow for movement of the internally laid cables and oil pipes. This ensures that there is no stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius, boosting longevity and efficiency.
For cables with significantly different diameters, lay them separately to evenly balance the weight. If necessary, use spacers to prevent tangling and ensure smooth operation.
In high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally laid cables should be parted and not overlapped. For a large number of laid cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes, use spacers to maintain order and efficiency.
