Mist collection is the process of removing oil, water, and/or other coolant mist from the environment during machining and lubrication operations. Our Oil Mist Collector, manufactured by Hebei Ruiao Machine Tool Accessories Producing Co., Ltd., is designed for CNC numerical control lathe, washing machine, surface grinding machine, gear hobbing and milling machine, slotting machine, vacuum pump, spray laboratory, electrical discharge machining, and CNC machining center.

Our Oil Mist Collector features low replacement filter elements and a coolant mist centrifugal collector, providing a cleaner work environment for machine operators. By significantly reducing the effects of oil mist, it minimizes exposure to oil residual and maintains indoor air quality above regulation standards.

Main Features:

1. Based on the theory of step-by-step filtering: the first step catches particles >=20um; second step catches particles <=2um; third step catches particles <=1-0.1um. Highly efficient filters are available to catch the mist produced in processing.


2. Signal to warn normal working or the filter cotton needs to be changed. The red ball will float upward when the oil mist collection filter is working and sink to the bottom when it is off. The filter cotton will catch oil mist, and when the catching ability is lower than 70%, the red ball will sink to the bottom, indicating it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.


3. Easy to install on machine tools or brackets, easy to disassemble.


4. Catching efficiency can reach 99% or more.
