Main Features

1) Based on the advanced theory of step-by-step filtering: the first stage captures particles >=20um; the second stage captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signal system to indicate normal operation or the need for filter replacement. When operational, a red ball floats to the top; when off, it sinks. Over time, as filter efficiency drops below 70%, the ball sinks, signaling the need for filter maintenance or replacement.
3) Easy installation: All units can be effortlessly installed directly onto the machine tool or bracket, allowing for quick setup and tear-down.
4) Exceptional efficiency with a capture rate of 99% or higher.
