Main Features

1) Based on the principle of step-by-step filtration: The initial stage captures particles >=20um; the subsequent stage captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signaling system to indicate operational status or when filter cotton needs replacement. When the oil mist collection filter is active, a red ball will float to the top. When inactive, the ball sinks. After prolonged use, when the collection efficiency drops below 70%, it signals the need to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy to install: Can be directly mounted on machine tools or brackets, facilitating quick setup and dismantling.
