Instruction principles for internally laid cable, oil pipe, water pipe, or gas pipe
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to allow internally laid cables and oil pipes the freedom to move. This prevents any stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.
Cables with significantly different diameters should be laid separately to balance the weight evenly. If needed, use spacers to keep them divided and organized.
For high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally laid cables should not overlap. Use spacers if there are many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes laid together.
Construction of the cable chain
The chain appearance resembles a tank crawler, consisting of multiple joints that can rotate freely.
Chains in the same series have identical inner and outer heights and the same pitch. However, the inner width and bend radius (R) can be customized as per different specifications.
Each unit chain joint comprises a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. These joints can be easily opened to facilitate assembly and dismantling without threading. Cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes can be placed into the drag chain once the cover is opened.
Spacers are available to divide the internal space of the chain into sections according to specific requirements.
