High-efficiency filtration system captures up to 99% of oil mist, using a robust HEPA filter for machine tool centers, ensuring cleaner and healthier workspaces.

Main Features

1) Based on the principle of step-by-step filtering: the first stage captures particles >=20μm; the second stage continues the filtration process for finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signal indicator for operational status and filter maintenance. A red ball floats to the top when the oil mist collector is active and sinks when it's off. Once the filter's efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball stays at the bottom, indicating it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy to install: All units can be directly mounted on the machine tool or bracket for straightforward setup and maintenance.
4) Exceptional efficiency with a capture rate reaching 99% or higher.
