1) Utilizing a step-by-step filtering theory: the first stage captures particles >=20um; while the second stage targets finer particles for enhanced filtration.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with an intelligent signal system to indicate normal operation or when the filter needs changing. The red ball indicator floats to the top when the oil mist collector is active, and sinks when it's off. If the filter's efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball will sink, signaling it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Installation is a breeze, as all units can be directly mounted onto machine tools or brackets, ensuring easy setup and maintenance.
