Main Features
1) Based on the step-by-step filtering theory: The first stage captures particles >=20um; subsequent stages provide enhanced filtration.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Integrated Signal Alerts: Our system alerts you with a red ball indicator for normal operation or when the filter needs replacement. The red ball floats to the top during operation and sinks to the bottom when off. When the catching ability drops below 70%, the red ball sinks, signaling it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy Installation: Our machines can be directly installed on any machine tool or bracket, simplifying setup and maintenance.
