1) Utilizing a step-by-step filtering system: The first stage captures particles >=20μm; while the subsequent stages ensure further refinement.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signal indicator for filter maintenance: A floating red ball signals the need to change the filter cotton. When operational, the red ball is at the top; it sinks to the bottom when the system is off or when the filter's efficiency drops below 70%, indicating it's time for maintenance.
3) User-friendly installation: All units can be easily mounted directly onto machine tools with a bracket, facilitating a simple and quick setup.
4) Achieves exceptional oil mist capture efficiency, reaching 99% or higher.
