Principle for selecting cable chainInner height : To determine the inner height (HI), take the thickest piece of the internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference. Add at least 10% of the total height as space margin. If overlapping, use the combined height as the actual height.
Inner width : Calculate the inner width by summing up the outer diameters of the thickest cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Ensure to leave at least 10% of the total width as space margin.
Bend radius: Use the largest bend radius of any cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference value. Leave an extra 10% of the space as a margin.

 

Instruction principles for internally laid cable, oil pipe, water pipe, or gas pipe
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin. This allows the internally laid cables and oil pipes to move freely, ensuring there is no stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius.
For cables with significantly different diameters, lay them separately and balance the weight evenly. If necessary, use spacers to separate them.
During high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally laid cables should be parted and not overlapped. If there are too many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes laid together, it is recommended to use spacers.
