Inner Width: Calculate the sum of the outer diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes and add at least 10% space margin to determine the inner width.
Radius of Bend: Use the largest bend radius of any cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe and add a 10% space margin as the reference value.
Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes
Ensure that 15% of space is reserved to allow internal cables and oil pipes to move freely, preventing any stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.
Cables with significantly different diameters should be laid separately with evenly balanced weight. Use spacers to separate them if necessary.
In high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally laid cables should be partitioned and not overlapped. If numerous cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, spacers are recommended.
Construction of the Cable Chain
