Main Features

1) Based on the principle of step-by-step filtering: The first step captures particles >=20µm; the second step captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signal indicator for operation status or filter cotton replacement. The red ball floats to the top when the oil mist collection filter is active, and sinks to the bottom when off. As the filter cotton captures oil mist, its efficiency decreases. When efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball sinks, indicating it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy to install: All machines can be directly mounted onto the machine tool or bracket, facilitating simple setup and removal.
4) Exceptional capturing efficiency, reaching 99% or higher.
