Reserve 15% of space as a margin so internally laid cables and oil pipes can move freely without stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius.
Cables with significantly different diameters should be laid separately to ensure balanced weight distribution. If necessary, use spacers to keep them apart.
When operating at high speed or with high-frequency movements, horizontally laid cables should be separated and not overlapped. If there are many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes laid together, spacers are recommended.
Construction of the Cable Chain
The chain resembles a tank crawler with a specific number of joints, each of which can freely rotate.
Chains of the same series have identical inner height, outer height, and pitch, but the inner width and bend radius (R) can be customized according to specifications.
Each chain unit consists of a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. Each joint can be opened for easy assembly and dismantling without threading. Cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes can be inserted after opening the cover plate.
Spacers are available to divide the space inside the chain into sections as needed.
