Principles for Selecting Cable Chain

• Inner Height: The inner height (HI) of the cable chain should be determined based on the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe. Add at least 10% of the space height as the inner height. If there is overlapping, consider the overlapped height as the actual height.


• Inner Width: The inner width should be calculated by summing up the outside diameter of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Leave at least 10% of the space as a margin.


• Radius of a Bend: The reference value for the radius of a bend should be the largest radius of a bend of a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe. Leave 10% of the space as a margin.
