High-efficiency filtration ensures a 99% mist collection rate. This gas oil mist cleaner and purifier, equipped with a HEPA filter, is ideal for machine tool centers.

Main Features

1) Based on step-by-step filtering theory: The first step captures particles ≥20µm; the second step captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signal indicator for filter status. When the oil mist collection filter is operational, a red ball floats to the top. As the filter cotton captures oil mist over time, its efficiency decreases. When the red ball sinks to the bottom, it signals that the filter cotton needs to be replaced or cleaned, typically after the catching ability falls below 70%.
3) Easy to install: All units can be directly mounted on the machine tool or a bracket, and are designed for simple tear-open installation.
4) Remarkable catching efficiency, achieving 99% or higher.
