Main Features

1) Leveraging the theory of step-by-step filtering: the first step captures particles >=20um; the second step effectively traps finer mist particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a warning signal indicating normal operation or when the filter cotton needs replacement. A red ball floats to the top during operation and sinks to the bottom when off. As the filter cotton collects oil mist, its efficiency drops below 70%, signaling the need for replacement or cleaning when the red ball sinks.
3) Easy installation: our machines can be directly mounted on machine tools or brackets, ensuring a hassle-free setup.
4) Achieves an exceptional catching efficiency of 99% or more.
