Main Features

1) Based on a multi-step filtration theory: The first stage captures particles >=20um; the second stage captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Features a signal to indicate normal operation or when the filter cotton needs replacement. The red ball floats to the top during operation and sinks to the bottom when off. As the filter works and its efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball sinks, indicating it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy installation – All units can be directly mounted on machine tools or brackets, simplifying setup and maintenance.
4) Exceptional catching efficiency, reaching 99% or more.
