When selecting a cable chain, it is important to consider the following principles:

• Inner Height: Take the height of the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height, adding at least 10% of the space height as the inner height.


• Inner Width: Calculate the sum of the outside diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as the reference for the inner width, leaving a 10% margin of space.


• Bend Radius: Use the largest radius of a bend of a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value, leaving a 10% margin of space.

For internally laid cables, oil pipes, water pipes, or gas pipes, ensure that 15% of the space is reserved as a margin for free movement. Different diameter cables should be laid separately and weight balanced evenly. Spacers can be used to separate them if needed.

When operating at high speed or frequency, horizontally laid cables should not overlap. If many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, spacers are recommended.

The cable chain construction resembles a tank's crawler, with joints that can freely rotate. Each unit chain joint consists of left-right chain plates and up-down covers, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly without threading. Spacers can divide the space inside the chain as needed.
