Product Description

Installation Principles for Internally Laid Cable, Oil Pipe, Water Pipe,or Gas Pipe:
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to ensure that the
internally laid cables and oil pipes can move freely without causing
any
stress on the drag chains in the radial direction. For cables with significant diameter differences, they should
be laid separately with balanced weight distribution. Employ spacers
if necessary to achieve separation.
During high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally
laid cables should be arranged separately and not be
overlapped. If numerous cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid
together, the use of spacers is recommended.

Principle for Selecting Drag Chains
Inner Height: Use the thickest internally installed
cable,
oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height,
adding at least 10% of space height as the inner height (Hi).
If
overlapping, consider the overlapped height as the actual height. Inner Width: Sum the outside diameters of the thicker
cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as the reference for
the inner width, leaving at least 10% of the space as a margin.

Radius of a Bend: Use the largest bend radius of a cable,
oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference and leave 10% of the space as a margin.
