High-efficiency filtration with up to 99% effectiveness; gas and oil mist cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter for machine tool centers.

Main Features

1) Based on a step-by-step filtering theory: the first step captures particles >= 20um; subsequent steps filter progressively finer mists.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signal indicator for operational status and filter maintenance. A red ball rises to the top during normal operation and sinks to the bottom when the machine is off or when the filter cotton requires replacement. The filter cotton effectively captures oil mist, and when its efficiency drops below 70%, it's time to clean or replace the filter.
3) Effortless installation: all units can be directly mounted on the machine tool or bracket, ensuring easy setup and maintenance.
4) Exceptional mist collection efficiency, achieving 99% or higher.
