1) Step-by-Step Filtering Theory: The first stage effectively captures particles >=20um, while subsequent stages provide progressively enhanced filtration for superior performance.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Integrated Signal Alerts: Our innovative system includes a red ball indicator that alerts you to the status of the filter. The red ball floats to the top during normal operation and sinks when the system is off. When the catching ability drops below 70%, the red ball sinks, signaling the need to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy Installation: Our machines are designed for hassle-free installation on any machine tool or bracket, ensuring a seamless setup and maintenance process.
