Main Features

1) Based on the theory of step-by-step filtering: the first step captures particles >=20µm; the second step captures finer particles effectively.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Featuring a signal mechanism, our oil mist collector alerts you when it's functioning properly or when the filter cotton needs replacement. The red ball floats to the top during operation and sinks when off. Over time, the filter cotton captures oil mist, and when its efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball sinks, indicating it's time for maintenance.
3) Easy to install: Our oil mist collectors can be directly mounted on machine tools or brackets, facilitating quick setup and maintenance.
4) Achieve superior air purification with a catching efficiency of 99% or more.
