Steel Cable Carriers from Hebei Ruiao Machine Tool Accessories Producing Co., Ltd. are designed to guide, contain, and protect electrical cables/Oil pipes and hoses during machine movement. Ideal for dynamic applications between fixed and moving machine parts, these cable carriers reduce wear on cables and tubes, prevent entanglement, and enhance machine operation and appearance.
Inner Height: Take the tallest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height. Add at least 10% of the space height to determine the inner height (HI). If overlapping, use the overlapped height as the actual height.
Inner Width: Calculate the sum of the outside diameters of the thickest cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as the reference for the inner width. Leave a 10% margin of space.
Radius of a Bend: Use the largest radius of a bend of a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value. Leave a 10% margin of space.
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin for internally laid cables and oil pipes to move freely without stressing the drag chains. Different diameter cables should be laid separately and balanced evenly. Spacers can be used to separate them if needed.
For high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally laid cables should be separated and not overlapped. Use spacers if many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together.
The chain resembles a tank's crawler with a certain number of joints that can freely rotate. Each unit chain joint consists of left-right chain plates and up-down covers for easy assembly and disassembly. Cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes can be placed inside the drag chain after opening the cover plate.
Spacers are available to divide the chain's interior space as needed.
