Guidelines for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to allow the internally laid cables and oil pipes to move freely. This prevents any stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius.
Cables with significantly different diameters should be laid separately to balance the weight evenly. If necessary, use spacers to keep them apart.
For high-speed or high-frequency operations, lay cables horizontally and avoid overlapping. If too many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, spacers are recommended.
