Mist collection is the process of removing (collecting) oil, water, and/or other coolant mist from the environment during machining and lubrication operations. Manufacturers and machine operators generally use oil mist collectors on metal and plastic working tools to provide a cleaner work environment for machine operators. These collectors significantly reduce the effects of the oil mist by minimizing the exposure to oil residual and keeping the indoor air quality above regulation.

High Efficiency Filtration for Machine Tool Center

 

Main Features:

 

1. Based on the theory of step-by-step filtering, this oil mist filter has three steps to catch different particle sizes: the first step catches particles equal to or larger than 20um, the second step catches particles equal to or smaller than 2um, and the third step catches particles equal to or smaller than 1-0.1um. Additionally, highly efficient filters are available to catch the mist produced during processing.


2. A signal is provided to indicate the normal working state or when the filter cotton needs to be changed. When the oil mist collection filter is working, a red ball will float upward to the top. Conversely, when the filter is off, the red ball will sink to the bottom. After the machine works for a while, the filter cotton will start catching oil mist. When the catching ability is lower than 70%, the red ball will sink to the bottom, indicating that it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.


3. Easy installation is ensured as this filter can be directly installed on the machine tool bracket. It is also easy to tear open and outfit.


4. The catching efficiency of this filter can reach 99% or more.
