Principles for Selecting Cable Chain:

• Inner Height: Take the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as reference height, adding at least 10% of the space height as the inner height (HI).


• Inner Width: Sum the outside diameters of thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes for inner width, leaving at least 10% of space as margin.


• Radius of a Bend: Use the largest radius of a bend as reference value, leaving 10% of space as margin.

Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes:

• Reserve 15% of space as margin for free movement of internally laid cables and oil pipes.


• Separate cables of different diameters, balance weight evenly, and use spacers if needed.


• For high-speed or high-frequency operation, horizontally laid cables should not overlap, and spacers should be used if many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together.

Construction of the Cable Chain:

• The chain resembles a tank crawler with freely turning joints.


• Each unit chain joint consists of left-right chain plates and up-down covers for easy assembly and dismantling.


• Spacers are available to divide the space inside the chain as needed.
