Cable Wire Carrier Plastic Drag Chain for CNC Machine
Installation Principles for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes:1. Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to ensure that the internally laid cables and oil pipes can move freely without any stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius.
2. Cables with significantly different diameters should be laid separately, ensuring the weight is balanced evenly. Use spacers if necessary to keep them apart.
3. For high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally laid cables should be separated and not overlapped. If too many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, it is highly recommended to use spacers to avoid any complications.
Principle for Selecting Drag Chains
1. Inner Height: Use the thickest piece of the internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height, adding at least 10% of the space height as the inner height (Hi). If overlapping, take the overlapped height as the actual height.
2. Inner Width: Sum up the outside diameter of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as the reference for the inner width, leaving at least 10% of the space as a margin.
3. Radius of a Bend: Use the largest radius of a bend of a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value and leave 10% of the space as a margin.
