Installation Principles for Internally Laid Cables, Oil, Water, and Gas Pipes:or Gas Pipe:
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin. This ensures that the
internally laid cables and oil pipes can move freely, preventing
any
stress on the drag chains in the radial direction. For cables of varying diameters, they should
be laid separately, ensuring even weight distribution. Use spacers
if necessary.
In high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally
laid cables should be partitioned and not
overlapped. If too many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid
together, it is recommended to use spacers.

Principle for Selecting Drag Chains
Inner Height: Use the thickest internally installed
cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height
plus a minimum of 10% space height as the inner height Hi.
If
overlapping, consider the overlapped height as the actual height. Inner Width: Sum up the outer diameters of the thicker
cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as a reference for
the inner width, leaving at least 10% space as a margin.

Radius of a Bend: Take the largest bend radius of a cable,
oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value, leaving a 10% margin.

Installation Instructions

Insert a screwdriver vertically into the opening hole at both ends of the cover and then open the cover. Place the drag chain for cables and oil pipes as per the provided instructions. Reattach the cover. Ensure that both the fixed end and the moving end of a cable are secured using a tension device.

For long sliding service, using a guiding groove is advisable. Consult our technical personnel regarding its use.
