When selecting a cable chain, consider the following principles:
For internally laid cables, oil pipes, water pipes, or gas pipes, reserve 15% of the space as a margin to allow for free movement without stressing the drag chains. Different diameter cables should be laid separately and balanced evenly. Spacers can be used to separate them if needed.
When operating at high speed or frequency, horizontally laid cables should not overlap. If many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, use spacers for separation.
The construction of the cable chain resembles a tank's crawler, with a certain number of joints that can freely turn. Each unit chain joint consists of left-right chain plates and up-down covers, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly without threading.
