High Quality Cable Carrier Customized Bridge Type Stainless Steel Cable Drag Chain
Steel Cable Carriers are designed by Hebei Ruiao Machine Tool Accessories Producing Co., Ltd. to guide, contain, and protect electrical cables/Oil pipes and hoses during machine movement. These cable carriers are ideal for dynamic applications between fixed and moving portions of the machine. They reduce wear on cables and tubes, prevent cable entanglement, and improve machine operation and appearance.
The cable chain is designed with the following principles in mind:
When laying cables, oil pipes, water pipes, or gas pipes internally, it is important to reserve 15% of the space as a margin for free movement and to avoid stress on the drag chains.
The construction of the cable chain resembles the crawler of a tank, with joints that can be freely turned round. Each unit chain joint consists of left-right chain plates and up-down covers for easy assembly and dismantling. Spacers are available to divide the space inside the chain as needed.
For high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally laid cables should be separated and not overlapped. Spacers can be used when multiple cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together.
