Principle for selecting cable chain
Inner Height: Measure the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height, and add at least 10% of the space height as the inner height (HI). If overlapping, use the combined height as the actual height.
Inner Width: Sum the outside diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as the reference inner width, leaving at least 10% of the space as a margin.
Radius of a Bend: Use the largest bend radius of the cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value, ensuring to leave 10% of the space as a margin.
Instruction principles for internally laid cable, oil pipe, water pipe, or gas pipe
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to ensure internally laid cables and oil pipes can move freely without exerting stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius.
For cables that vary significantly in diameter, lay them separately and balance the weight evenly. If necessary, use spacers to separate them.
In high-speed or high-frequency operations, horizontally lay cables in a partitioned manner without overlapping. If numerous cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, it is recommended to use spacers.
