Steel Cable carriers are meticulously engineered to guide, contain, and protect electrical cables, oil pipes, and hoses during machine movement. Ideal for dynamic applications where components transition between fixed and movable parts, these carriers significantly reduce wear and tear, prevent entanglement, and enhance both the operational efficiency and aesthetic appeal of your machines.

Principle for Selecting Cable Chain: Learn the critical factors in choosing the right cable chain to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your machine's components.
Inner Height: Measure the thickest cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe to determine the reference height. Add at least 10% of the space height to this measurement to establish the inner height (HI). If overlapping elements are present, consider the combined height.
Inner Width: Calculate the sum of the outer diameters of the thickest cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Use this sum as the reference for the inner width, ensuring at least a 10% margin for flexibility.
Radius of a Bend: Use the largest bend radius of any cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value, and ensure a 10% margin for smooth operation.
Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes: Adhere to these guidelines to maintain the integrity and performance of internally laid components within the drag chain.
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to allow free movement of internally laid cables and oil pipes. This precaution prevents stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.
For cables with significantly different diameters, lay them separately and balance their weight evenly. Use spacers if necessary to maintain separation and organization.
In high-speed or high-frequency operations, lay horizontally positioned cables in a parted manner without overlap. If numerous cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes need to be laid together, it is advisable to use spacers to facilitate organization.
