1. Step-by-step filtering theory: The first step catches particles equal to or larger than 20um, the second step catches particles equal to or smaller than 2um, and the third step catches particles equal to or smaller than 1-0.1um. Additionally, highly efficient filters are available to capture the mist produced during processing.


2. Filter replacement indicator: A signal is provided to indicate the normal working condition or the need to change the filter cotton. When the oil mist collection filter is working, a red ball will float upward to the top. Conversely, when it is turned off, the red ball will sink to the bottom. After the machine works for a while, the filter cotton will start catching oil mist. When the catching ability drops below 70%, the red ball will sink to the bottom, indicating that it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
