Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cable, Oil Pipe, Water Pipe, or Gas Pipe
Reserve 15% of space as a margin to ensure internal cables and oil pipes can move freely without stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.
For cables with significant diameter differences, lay them separately to balance the weight evenly. Use spacers if necessary for separation.
When operating at high speed or high frequency, lay cables horizontally and avoid overlap. If many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, use spacers.
Construction of the Cable Chain
The chain resembles a tank's crawler, consisting of multiple joints that can turn freely.
Chains of the same series share the same inner height, outer height, and pitch. However, the inner width and bend radius (R) can be tailored to different specifications.
Each unit chain joint consists of a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. The joints can be easily opened for assembly and dismantling, allowing cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes to be inserted after opening the cover plate.
Spacers are available to divide the internal space of the chain into compartments according to specific requirements.
